Merry Christmas

We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!!

Bridger, Grandpa, and Whitney made an awesome Christmas train that won the prize for incorporating the most candy!!

Cahlin, Kennin, and I made a Christmas train! The boys wanted to build the Polar Express. I built it while they quoted the movie with mouths full of candy.

Bridger had to be bribed to be wiseman. I bought some "treasure". When he said he just wanted to hold the treasure without the costume I informed him it was a package deal. He hurried and got into his wise man costume.

This Is Kennin as a wide man. I was so glad that he decided to dress up!

Jones Christmas in Idaho

We had so much fun at our Jones Christmas in Idaho. Here are all the Jones babies that were born this year. Sienna looks like an ethnic baby in the middle of all the white kids!

All I Want For Christmas...

Kennin has decided what he wants for Christmas... and what he's going to give everyone else. I wasn't too worried, because jet packs only exist in comic books and James Bond movies. But after I came across www.jetpackinternational.com and saw this video, I'm hoping that his Christmas wish for me pans out. :)

Sienna as an angel

We had an Anderson Christmas party tonight. We did a nativity with the kids and it was a little crazy. The boys are not much into performing so Sienna was the only one who would wear a costume! She was an Angel.

first sleep over

Bridger and Kennin had there first sleep over last night. Talmage stayed the night and the boys were so good. They went to bed well and played together so well the whole day. I'm so glad they have a cousin close enough to do fun cousin things!!

Kennin

Yesterday I told Kennin that I loved him and he said "Mom, you're my favorite adult". He is quite the little guy.

The boys were playing downstairs and I heard Kennin say "Bridger, lose the attitude". He is such a character. The kids always keep me entertained.

The candy's over here...

We have had quite the Halloween week with an abundance of festivities. We carved pumpkins and attended the ward trunk-or-treat. My favorite party was the Kindergarten party this morning. Kennin and Bridger walked in the parade and did all the games and crafts together. They has so much candy by the time it was time to officially trick-or-treat that I decided they could pass out candy. They sat on the sidewalk yelling "the candy's over here". They also made up songs about candy and tried with all there might to recruit extra trick-or-treaters. They were awesome and I laughed until my side hurt.

Style by Nana

I fell in love with this hat, but not the price!!  Luckily Sienna has a very talented Nana who can make whatever she sees!!  We get so many comments on how adorable she is with the hat on!

We went rock climbing for FHE.  It was the boys 1st time using a harness.  Kennin liked coming down more than he liked going up!

Kids

Sienna has another tooth today. She was a little bit grumpy (as grumpy as an angel child can get) but not too bad. She is just so adorable. Her hair is long enough to put in one pony tail right on top. The other day Bridger was being so good and I said "Bridger I love you you're a pretty good kid!" He turned around and said "Well, you're a pretty good Mom"

more picts

I especially love the one of Jason throwing Bridger in the air.  It really shows Bridger's personality because everything he does he goes full throttle.  You can also see the double rainbow in the background.

Family picts

We had a really good time taking pictures in MT.  The photographer was really great!

Dad's big pumpkin

This year the weather was especially hard on the pumpkin growers of UT.  Jason took good care of his pumpkin.  He even polished it with vegetable oil for the pictures.  He guesses it around 300 pounds.  Not the biggest he's grown, but Sienna was still surprised at the size of it!!

Princess Sienna

We love these yellow flowers in front of our house!

We had a regional conference downtown so we stayed and took pictures.

temple square

This year we were able to can some peaches from our own tree!  The boy loved picking them.  I have done tomatoes, grape juice and we are mid peaches.  When I get around to doing pears we will be done!

Kennin looked so cute when he was all ready for church.  I just had to take a picture.

We are working on putting in another bedroom in the basement.  Today I worked on the insulations while Jason did sheet rock.  It's starting to come together.  The boys each had their own tool belts and looked adorable.  Kennin loved helping me with the staple gun.  They both love hammering nails into a two by four.  When one scrap of wood is full of nails they start on another one.

Sienna's first tooth

Today Sienna smiled and there was a little tooth sticking up on the bottom.  She is such an angel that we had no clue it was coming in!!  She is such a sweet baby!

Bridger's First Day

I think Bridger looks so cute in his uniform.  He loved school and I didn't cry until I got out to the fan.  I asked him how school was and he said "I have some bad news.  Someone in my class got sent to the principles office."  He is determined to keep his name on the green bear so he can pick something from the treasure chest.

my crafty side!

I have been getting into crafts lately and I am loving it.  This is a box I recently embellished!

Kennin's Mosquito bite

Kennin is allergic to mosquito's just like I was.  This bite was on his forehead.  He looked so sad for a few days.

Sienna's first clip & making bows

This was the first time a clip has stayed in Sienna's hair.  It was fun & I was really excited!  I have also been making her a ton of bows lately.

School starts Monday

We went to back to school night last night.  I thought that the Kindergarten tested the first week and then started school.  I was wrong!!  Bridger starts school on Monday and the thought makes me a little weepy.  I thought I still had a week to go play and do things.  He is really ready for school.  His teachers name is Ms. Jones.  He shouldn't have a hard time remembering that.  I will post pictures of him in his uniform on his first day!!

ambushed

So I all but got ambushed (in the best possible way!) at our family reunion to start a blog! I am still learning, but actually enjoying it!
Here are some swimming picts to start out with!
