I have putting off cutting Sienna's hair. If you comb it out straight it goes halfway down her back. Doing her hair this week made me realize it was time.
BEFORE...
I took off about 4 inches. It looks nice and is easier to style. She held very still because Bridger gave her a blue sucker. It still has curl in the bottom!! Maybe she will get Jones hair!!

Wow, it really was long. She has beautiful thick hair, I'm jealous.
Oh it is still so beautiful, but I am sure that was hard!
It's a sad sad day when you have to cut a toddlers hair! They just seem so grown up!
Hope you are doing well Katy! It's good to keep up on all your happenings!!

Hi there! You don't know me but apparently we are related! :) I was browsing through the newley released 2009 Kennington Family annual and decided that in order to learn more about some of my distant relatives I would become a blog stalker. :) But then I felt bad stalking with out commenting... plus your little girls is just so adorable and your blog is too much fun to NOT comment on. So, here I am!

By the way, I am a grandaughter to LaVell and AnnaBeth Kennington. My mom is Kathi Ann, their oldest daughter!
Nice to meet you! :)
Jason sent us the link to your blog. I am so happy to see it! The last time I talked to you you said you didn't want to blog on top of journaling and scrapbooking and everything. You had a good point! I thought about that a lot over the past few years and sighed, "I wish they had a blog! I miss them!" Well, I am so happy your relatives convinced you to make one! It was so fun to read it this morning. Katy, you are such a sweet person! I like the way that you look at life. I often think about the good "mother qualities" you have. You're a good example to me. Your kids are darling! I liked reading about the balloon hat that you made for crazy hat day. I remember when you first checked the balloon twisting book out from the library! I also really liked the post about Jason's huge pumpkin. :) We still have our seed from West Valley. We're just waiting to be in one spot long enough to plant it. Do you think it's still good? lol As I was reading your blog I found myself wishing that I saw more pictures of you, Katy. (It really is hard to do that when you are usually the photographer.) It made me realize that I need to post more pictures of myself on my blog, too. Then I noticed your project 52 and I think that it is a marvelous idea! I love it! What a good way to keep a record. Thanks for the idea. I's so glad that we will be able to keep in touch a little better now. We love your family. Congratulations on your beautiful new house. When we come to Utah, we will stop by and visit for sure! By the way, Valentine's day is my favorite holiday, too! ;)
